Shipping policy

For orders within Latvia exceeding €50, delivery is currently free of charge.

Shipping outside Latvia is calculated based on the chosen courier service's pricing.

When purchasing from www.latvijasperles.lv, the customer can select the preferred method of delivery.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and agrees to personally receive the goods.
If the customer is unable to receive the delivery personally but the goods are delivered to the address provided in the order, no claims may be made against the seller for delivery to another recipient at that address.

Deliveries may be carried out either by the seller or an authorized representative.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, product weight, and dimensions, and the seller reserves the right to adjust delivery fees as needed.

The delivery timeframe ranges from 2 business days up to 4 weeks. The exact delivery time is confirmed individually by email.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply to the entire order.

Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer must inspect the goods together with the seller or their authorized representative, and sign the invoice, delivery note, or another related document to confirm receipt.

By signing, the buyer confirms that the shipment was received in good condition, without visible damage (i.e., any external defects not caused by the manufacturing process).

If the packaging is damaged (e.g. creased, wet, or otherwise visibly affected), or if the items are damaged or incorrect, the buyer must note this on the delivery document.

In the presence of the seller or their representative, the buyer must also fill out a damage report (a free-form written statement describing the issue).
If this step is not completed, the seller is released from liability for the damage unless the cause can be traced back to a manufacturing or packaging error not visible from the outside.

If the customer notices that the received item is incorrect in size, color, or does not match the order in any other way, they must immediately inform SIA Latvijas Pērles.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.

In the event that a product is lost by the postal or courier service, compensation for the order and delivery will only be issued after the seller receives official confirmation or reimbursement from the courier or postal service provider.

Products are delivered with an invoice, which serves as both the payment document and warranty confirmation.
